I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with this local business today. Peter was knowledgeable & helpful. I had a pipe on the air conditioner leak onto my TV.  His colleague Mark came back to me with a prompt & an honest step to resolve my issue. Mark put safety first with water damage. This business sounds like customer care & integrity are at their core. I had a broken battery pack and wanted to get it fixed. The guy at the store said he wouldn’t repair it for me because it would cost me much less to just buy a new one, and even told me where to buy one cheap! We had an antique electronic system that had been destroyed through an electrical surge. I had the advice from 3 different companies, all top electricians that told me it cant be fixed. I called into Brisbane Electronic & Computer Repairs and after telling Mark the situation, he told me he likes a challenge.
Mark had the System working within a couple of hours. Amazing! I could not believe it. These guys are the BEST.

Rang up to find out about an amplifier repair. Although Mark no longer works on amplifiers he took a good while to talk me through a possible solution I could try myself to repair the part and gave me the details of an alternative technician who might be able to replace the part. The amplifier was getting near the end of it's life and nothing special so I tried the fix myself and it worked like a charm! Many thanks. I'd happily recommend Mark to friends and family. I have known Mark for years and he has assisted me with many problems large and small. He has recently  been joined by Pete and they now offer improved services for data recovery.

These guys are honest and very reasonable with charges.

They are always willing to help if a problem can be fixed.
